Hello friends,
It’s time for a status update on our fulfillment process.
Current status:
1,000 packages — shipped and on their way (or already arrived!).
Approximately 200 packages — in active processing (payment, address confirmation, packing).
113 packages "pending" — we are still waiting for these backers to complete their surveys.
If you haven't heard from us yet: If you haven't received a survey or shipping payment link, please send us a DIRECT MESSAGE (not a comment). To speed things up, include your current e-mail and shipping address. If you’d like to add any items to your reward, let us know in the same message.
A personal note and an important update:
I have been reading all your messages and comments of gratitude. It makes me incredibly happy to know that you love the deck—your feedback means the world to me.
I also want to announce that the digital version of the booklet (PDF) is now available via the link below.
SECRET GARDEN BOOKLET
If you encounter any inaccuracies while working with the printed guide, please refer to this online version. We’ve addressed a few minor points in this digital copy that came up after the physical printing was completed.
Warmly, Una
We’ve Started Shipping – What This Means for You

Hello dear backers,
I’m receiving a large number of similar questions across all available channels, so I’m publishing this update to bring everyone onto the same page. This will be a longer message, but I kindly ask you to read it through to the end – every part of it matters. We’ve now reached the most responsible and sensitive stage of the project, involving shipping, payments, and timelines, so this update focuses on clear, practical information with minimal digressions.
The most important thing first
As you may have already noticed, shipping has officially begun. Some packages have already been sent out, and a number of them have even reached their recipients.
If you’re seeing others receive their parcels and wondering whether you may have been overlooked – we want to reassure you right away: no one has been forgotten.
This campaign was supported by close to 1,500 backers. Even under ideal conditions, this is not a volume that can be processed instantly – especially considering that shipments are handled individually, not through an automated fulfillment center.
For context and scale: within this project there are 145 different reward combinations, meaning 145 distinct package types. These are not identical parcels assembled in bulk. Each shipment is prepared according to its specific contents, based on a fairly broad range of rewards and add-ons. Naturally, this makes the process more time-consuming and detail-oriented.
In addition, all incoming messages and requests are reviewed individually and handled with care rather than through automated systems. For these reasons, the overall process requires time.
I kindly ask for your patience and, if possible, a little more trust.
Why some parcels were sent first
The very first batch – around 200 packages – contained a time-sensitive item: the 2026 tear-off calendar. For this reason alone, those parcels were prioritized and shipped first.
What happens next – step by step
Over the next 3–10 days, each of you will receive an email sent to the address linked to your Kickstarter account.
The email will come from either unainspace.com or unasend.com.
Inside the email, you’ll find:
– brief information about the project
– a personal link
By following that link, you’ll see:
– your shipping address
– the contents of your order
– available shipping options specifically calculated for your parcel, with exact prices, courier names, and estimated delivery times
What you need to do:
Carefully check your order contents
Carefully check your shipping address
If everything is correct – confirm it, choose a shipping option, and pay for shipping
Shipping payments are processed via Stripe, a secure and widely used platform. Payments are visible almost instantly. If everything goes through smoothly, there’s no need to send a separate confirmation.
Please do reach out (preferably via Kickstarter private messages) if:
– your address is incorrect
– your order contents don’t match what you expect
– you encounter any error during payment
Very important: timing expectations
Shipping links are sent out in batches, not all at once. Shipments will not all go out immediately after payment.
Payment confirms your place in the internal shipping schedule and guarantees dispatch according to that schedule, but it does not mean same-day or instant shipment. Everything is organized to keep the overall progress steady and efficient.
Tracking notifications
Thanks to the work done on the new shipping platform, you will receive an automatic email at the moment your parcel is physically handed over to the courier.
That email will include:
– your name
– the project name
– a tracking number and tracking link
The email template is still very minimal – I promise to make it prettier in the future
A note about email communication
Kickstarter does not provide official tools for automating communication through private messages. Because of this, email is currently the primary channel used for shipping coordination.
In some cases, the email address connected to a Kickstarter account may no longer be actively used, may differ from the one you normally check, or may not reliably receive external messages. When this happens, emails can be sent successfully on our side but never reach the recipient.
If you’ve received at least one email related to this project at any point (including the BackerKit survey), then everything is working as expected.
However, around 200 backers did not respond to the BackerKit survey, and email delivery is the most common reason.
If you’re unsure whether messages are reaching you, or which email address your Kickstarter account is currently linked to, please check your account settings.
If needed, feel free to contact me via Kickstarter private messages and include:
– your current, actively used email address
– your full shipping address
– any order notes or changes (especially if you missed the late-pledge stage)
This is the most reliable way to ensure we’re properly connected.
Address changes
The same applies if your shipping address has changed.
Addresses are no longer checked manually inside Kickstarter or BackerKit. All shipping data was exported at the end of the campaign and late-pledge stage, and fulfillment is based on that dataset. Changes made afterward are not visible unless you contact me directly.
If your address has changed, please send the updated information via Kickstarter private messages.
In closing
Over the coming weeks, every single package will make its way to its rightful home.
I am sincerely grateful to each and every one of you for your support. Every shipment and every message is handled with care and attention, and all commitments to backers will be fulfilled.
Thank you for your patience, your trust, and your continued support.
